كيف أستأنف الحكم العمالي إذا لم توافق المحكمة على جميع مستحقاتي؟

لم يدفع صاحب العمل راتبي لمدة ثمانية أشهر ونصف. ذهبت إلى المحكمة العمالية، وتمت إحالة قضيتي إلى محاكم دبي.

وصدر الحكم ولم أستلم المطالبة كاملة بما في ذلك الرواتب والتعويض البالغ 3 أشهر.

يرجى توضيح ما إذا كان بإمكاني تقديم الاستئناف وما هو الوقت المناسب للتنفيذ.

You may go for an appeal within 30 days of the first judgment, provided your claim amount is more than AED 50,000.

I wanted to meet you with my documents. Out of 8.5 months salary, 4 months salary of 2020.

The date after my judgment on the court was issued, the judgment for one of our company staff got 2020 salary.
