Requirements for an appeal against a deportation order
Hi,
My friend was sentenced to 3 months jail and deportation for money cheat crime. She is living in the UAE with her family for 8 years.
She has appealed for the deportation to be removed as she has a company in Dubai.
At her hearing, what documents or statement can she give to the judge?
Can the deportation be overturned?
