كم من الوقت يستغرق دفع مستحقاتي العمالية عند تنفيذ الحكم؟

مرحبًا،

لقد فزت بالقضية في أبريل 2022 (18 ألف درهم إماراتي)، وبدأت التنفيذ في مايو 2022، وفي يونيو 2022، أرسلت المحكمة رسائل إلى البنك المركزي، ووزارة الموارد البشرية والتوطين، ودائرة التنمية الاقتصادية، وشركة دبي للتأمين. لاتخاذ إجراءات ضد الشركة.

أقوم بالتحقق من القضية على الموقع الإلكتروني لمحكمة دبي من خلال تسجيل الدخول الخاص بي ولكن لا يوجد رد من أي إدارة رسمية على الإشعارات المرسلة من قبل المحكمة.

والشركة تعمل بدون أي مشكلة.

1) ما هي الخيارات المتاحة لي للحصول على المبلغ الخاص بي؟

2) ما هي المدة الزمنية المتاحة للدوائر الرسمية لفرض التقييدات على صاحب العمل؟

3) هل أستمر في التحقق من التحديثات على الموقع الإلكتروني لمحاكم دبي من خلال تسجيل الدخول الخاص بي؟

I have access to the Dubai Court login to check the notices sent by the court and if there are any responses by the departments.

Is that what you are referring to?
