كيفية متابعة التنفيذ والحصول على صرف مبلغ الحكم؟

عمل والدي في شركة لمدة 33 عامًا. وللأسف انهارت الشركة ولم يستلم راتبه عن الـ 3 سنوات الماضية ومبلغ الخدمة عن الـ 33 سنة الماضية.

رفع قضية عمالية وفاز بالقضية لصالحه. ومع انتهاء صلاحية تأشيرته، دفع رسوم التنفيذ وغادر إلى وطنه.

لقد مر الآن عامين ولم يتم استلام فلس واحد. كيف يمكنني المضي قدمًا؟

وعندما استفسرت من المحامين الذين استعنت بهم في القضية قالوا لي إن المدعى عليه قام بنقل جميع ممتلكاته إلى أولاده ليثبت أنه لا يملك أي ثروة.

أي نصيحة صغيرة ستكون مفيدة.

We need a power of attorney to enter the execution file and know the procedure that happened there so we can do the necessary work.

We can do this for 3000 and this 3000 can be deducted from the final agreed fees.

The case has been won and fees regarding execution are paid. But not a single penny has been received so far.

Good morning. As a law firm we cannot open the case file to check the details in this case. If you have given a POA to another lawyer and he has not followed up in your case you can best chase that lawyer.

Not sure why you are disliking that your previous lawyer is not following up on your case and I'm giving you 2 options, we can handle the case with a down payment of 3k or you should follow up with the previous lawyer who has been paid to do it.
