موظف سابق يرفض تسوية معقولة. ماذا يمكن لصاحب العمل أن يفعل؟
عزيزي السائل،
لدي موظف سابق يرفض قبول أو الرد على عرض تسوية عادلة ومعقولة لدفع نقدي بنسبة 30% من مستحقاته و3 شيكات مستحقة السداد على مدى 60 يومًا.
وهذا يؤدي إلى ضرر للشركة حيث يوجد أيضًا تجميد للرخصة التجارية للشركة والحساب المصرفي.
ما هي حقوقي كصاحب عمل لأجعل الموظف السابق يستجيب للعرض؟

Dear questioner,
As long as he has a judgment against you, he is the stronger party in negotiations. Therefore, if you cannot convince him to settle, then you should make the cash payment to the enforcement court and request that the judge give you an installment plan.
If the judge approves - this is to the judge's discretion - then you will have a month to breathe and renegotiate.
