Exiting the country after getting cancellation to change visa

Hi Sir,

Good Afternoon,

I want to know what will be the procedures for getting a new visa after the cancellation of residency visa from the old company.

I have received the cancellation paper from the old company; should I exit to get a new visa or I can get the new visa without an exit?

You do not need to exit necessarily and the option to do an in-country status change or exit is up to the new employer.

The UAE immigration laws now allow you to do an in-country status change upon getting your new visa. You need to discuss this with your new employer.
