فترة اختبار لمدة 6 أشهر وإنهاء عقد العمل بسبب عدم كفاية الأداء
وظفني صاحب العمل عنده في السابع من يناير كمدير في البحرين. لقد نص عقد / عرض العمل على فترة اختبار مدتها 6 أشهر.
الآن ولسبب ما، أبلغني رئيسي أن قسم الموارد البشرية قد أنهى عقد العمل الخاص بي بسبب عدم كفاية الأداء.
هل بند فترة الإختبار لمدة 6 أشهر صحيح؟

Hi,
There is a clause in Labor law which allows the probation to be extended up to 6 months, but it has to be approved by the Labor Ministry.
The law says "However, a probationary period may be increased up to a maximum of six months in respect of the occupations to be determined by a resolution of the Minister. The probationary period shall not be recognized unless expressly provided for in the contract of employment."
So you need to check with the Labor Ministry.
