Copyright agreement

Hello,

I would like some help regarding stating the copyright. I am sending professional photographs that I took to another company for a shared project. I would like to specify to this company that I don't want them to share my photos with other companies because they are my own work.

How do I do that and make it both legally binding and not "rude", as I plan to continue working with this company? I am basically just wanting help with drafting a professional legal email.

Thank you for your help.

Best wishes,

Naj

Dear Naj,

I hope everything is going well on your side. In regards to your enquiry, I would suggest drafting a short copyright agreement for the protection of your professional photographs, instead of legal email. As this agreement will be signed by the other party, so it will be legally binding upon them.

For drafting this agreement it is mandatory that you must have the copyright on these photographs.

Should you have any further clarification or need an assistance with drafting copyright agreement, you may contact us at info@awsuwaidi-advocates.com or you may call us at 045547635.
