Can the company force me to leave the UAE after terminating me?

If a company I am working for cancels me without any reason, is it supposed to force me to leave the UAE?

Or do I have a right to stay and find another job since I have a clean record?

Guide me on that.

First of all, the employer can not force you to resign without any reason.

If he has done so, you can file a case against him in MOHRE for arbitrary dismissal.

After your visa is canceled you get 30 days grace period which you can use for finding another job.
