Dear Questioner,

Please note that Dubai Courts and the justice system in the UAE recognize electronic communications like mobile phone messages, emails and Whatsapp messages as enough proof - if proven genuine - as evidence in many cases.

We have the relevant experience in similar cases which we won and were awarded verdicts by court proving the loan and the debt. We may claim late payment penalties and legal interests as well.
