الإجراءات اللازمة للحصول على الأموال المستثمرة عند فشل النشاط التجاري

أحتاج إلى توكيل محام ذي خبرة (قضية مدنية، قضية شيك مرتجع).
لقد استثمرت مبلغًا إجماليًا قدره 250,000 درهم إماراتي مع إحدى شركات تقديم الطعام وبسبب كورونا، تعطلت أعمالهم ولم يتمكنوا من إعادة مبلغ رأس المال الخاص بي. أعطيتهم فترة سماح أكثر من 8 أشهر ولكن لم يردوا أي شيء.
لقد قمت بالفعل بتسجيل القضية عبر الإنترنت (dc.gov.ae) وقد قبلت المحكمة بالفعل وطلبت مني دفع 2% وهو ما يعادل حوالي 5800 (بما في ذلك مصاريف منع السفر).
