Assistance with following up a case in the labour court
Greetings!!!
I have filed a salary complaint against my employer in the MOL on 01/07/2018 for not paying me the salaries for 9 months and giving all sorts of excuses from illness to lack of funds till date.
Meeting my ends have gotten worse for me. After my complaint was filed to labour office a date was scheduled for amicable settlement by labour office which was attended by myself and the staff of my employer where after my case was referred to the court.
My case file was handed over to me and I was directed to go to the appointed typing centres for filing my case.
I have followed the process on 10/07/2018 but as the papers that I received are in Arabic I cannot understand what’s written and how to identify the case number.
I have difficulties in managing even a small amount now so that I could translate the papers into English and follow further procedures.
I don’t even know whether my case has been filed by the typing centre in the court or not.
Could you please assist me further?

Dear Sir/ Madam,
It is very common for employees to appear in court in person and fight the matter with their employers, however, this is not fruitful in all circumstances as lawyers are better suited in such environment.
Our firm can help you fight this case on your behalf. We have Arabic speaking lawyers who can explain you in precise detail about the documents to be filed in court.
Our lawyers are better equipped in appearing before the labour court and attaining favourable judgements for the employees.
We can draft the complaint and put forth your case in a legally suited way so that you get your 9 month's salary plus legal interest (and any other claims, if any).
You can contact me at 052-9495731 or email me on hari@alnassaradvocates.com for further discussion. It will be a free consultation so do not hesitate to contact me.
