How to check a possible case and travel ban for unpaid loan before returning to the UAE?

Sir,

I took a loan of AED 67000 before the Corona crisis. I left the UAE during the pandemic and can't go back.

Now I want to come back to the UAE. How can I check my status?

Kindly guide me, Sir.

Dear Sir,

Thanks for your message.

Absolutely, yes, we can assist you to get the details about your ban in case the bank has filed a case against you.

We need a copy of your passport, visa, and EID to be sent to our email and we will start to draft the POA and send it to you.

Once you receive it by email, you have to notarize it by the notary public located in your city and then attest it in the UAE embassy.

Afterward, courier the original copy to us to be able to check your name in the criminal records.

Please note that this task will take 4 working days after receiving the POA and our professional legal fees will be USD 300.

On the other side, if you are in rush to get the result of checking, we have the express service for checking your system and this one does not need POA from your end, but we can proceed with it only by passport and visa.

This service can take 24 hours starting from the time of receiving the legal fees which will be USD 550.

We hope that we made you satisfied and we are looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Thanks.
