I purchased an off-plan property and handover got delayed more than two years

We have purchased an off-plan property and its handover was in the 2020 1st quarter.

It has been delayed constantly and now the expected handover is Sept 2022.

We need some advice on how to get compensation from the developer.

It needs to study the contract, and calculate the fine for the delay, and we have already done many cases of this kind, and the contract was terminated and compensation was obtained.

You can get legal advice for 1500 AED to study the contract and provide a legal opinion with a specialized legal advisor.

You can also file a claim for termination, compensation, and a penalty for delay.
