Will I get arrested if I have financial case in the UAE and I travelled to GCC?

I have some financial cases and also a civil case in Dubai. I'm currently in the USA and I want to travel to Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

I want to ask you, can I travel without any problem or will I be caught if I travel to any GCC country?
