Traveling to home country for an urgent issue while there is a bounced cheque case

Dear sir/madam,

I have a bounced cheque case filed by a bank in September 2021. I am in urgent need to travel to India during the Eid break.

I would like to get some advice on how I can remove the travel ban.

Dear questioner,

Who told you that there is a travel ban?

It is not necessary to have a travel ban if you have a bounced check.

Hi Sir,

There is a police case in the Dubai police app. I have been informed that there is a travel ban if there is a cheque case.

OK! You can remove the procedures if it is a criminal case, and remove the fine.

Now according to the new law, there are no criminal cases for cheques.

If the signature is correct, if it is a civil case, and there is a travel ban, the normal procedure is to pay or settle with the other party.

Sir,

This is not a civil case and I wanted to understand how can I fix it. Can you please guide me?

You can submit a request to the prosecution to remove the fine and the procedures for that case because of the new law.

Dear S.,

If the judgment has been passed and it is a fine, you will have the travel ban removed after paying it.

Please send us an email.
