إجراءات إنهاء خدمة الموظف بسبب أخذ إجازة طويلة غير معتمدة

حصل الموظف لدي على إجازة سنوية معتمدة لمدة شهرين في نوفمبر 2021، وكان من المتوقع أن يعود إلى العمل بحلول يناير 2022. لكنه عاد اليوم فقط بعد أكثر من 5 أشهر.

كصاحب عمل، ماذا أفعل؟

ما هي الإجراءات التأديبية التي يمكن أن أتخذها ضده؟

The business relationship between you can be terminated by the employer if you are unable to perform your duties and duties specified in the contract, while the employer has fully fulfilled its obligations towards you.
