ما العمل إذا أعطيت سيارتي لشركة صيانة ولم يعيدوها إلي؟

مرحبًا،

لدي سؤال حول مشكلة أواجهها. لقد أعطيت سيارتي للصيانة لشخص ما، ولكن السيارة بها مشكلة كبيرة وتحتاج إلى استبدال الأجزاء. لقد دفعت له المال المتفق عليه أيضًا.

لقد مرت 4 أشهر منذ أن أخذ السيارة ولم يرجع السيارة. السيارة في مرآب التصليح الخاص به. عذره هو عدم توفر قطع الغيار. إنه لا يعيد أموالي أو السيارة.

ما هي الإجراءات التي يمكنني اتخاذها ضد هذا الشخص والشركة؟
