How to lift a travel ban placed after a work site accident and injury
One year ago, an accident happened at my site. A laborer's both hands were fractured during marble unloading and I took to him to hospital.
I was helping him even he was not working under my department. But when the police came, they took my ID and details. After that, there was no follow-up.
The company paid the hospital expenses and gave him the job back after sick leave.
Now the situation is that I resigned from the company and I was traveling back to India. At the airport check-in, they told me I have a travel ban.
How can I close this case and lift my travel ban?

Hello,
As per your query, please note that you have to cancel the criminal case put by the laborer.

Hi
First, you need to find out what kind of case is there, perhaps there has been a judgment passed and it's the reason for your travel ban is due to this case or some other reason.
Once you find out the details of the ban and the case, we will see what is the next step and how the ban will be lifted.
Thanks
Dear Questioner,
Do you have the details of the case and the travel ban reason now?
If not, you need to conduct the check to know whether there is a case filed under your name or not and the reason for the travel ban.
