How can I cancel my visa and apply for a new visa while I have a travel ban?

I have a police case against me which was through Dubai Courts as I didn't pay the pending rent.

I got a new job offer and I have resigned from my previous job.

How can I cancel my visa and apply for a new visa while I have a travel ban imposed on me?

Regarding your query, you must clear your case first.

Then only you can cancel your visa and proceed with the new visa.

I owe the landlord almost AED 25000. once I join the new company I can start paying the outstanding on installment basis, as my previous salary was low.

Now I will be getting AED 8000 salary. So is there any way that they can hold the case until I stamp my new visa?
