The company has been closed since last year and has no more money left in the bank. If there are no more assets of the company I could go after since the company no longer exists, how else can I get justice aside from the words written on a few sheets of my case judgement paper? I've spent a lot and exerted a lot of effort seeking justice for myself, and when it is time to collect what the judge has determined what I should have, apparently there is nothing left. But the thing is the employer changed his other business and property everything to his wife’s name and other people's names. There is nothing to attach. Is there any solution to move forward? I have copies of his passport (he actually has 3 that I'm aware of) and his emirates ID. I asked the courts to issue a travel ban against him, but they won't do it because the company trade license is now expired. I can't believe I've spent about AED 15,000 on court costs, only to be told now that basically, he is going to get away with it. What are my options?
