How to ensure getting my labor dues after filing for execution?
Hi Ma'am,
I just want to ask because I have an execution against my company and we finished all the steps.
Now there was a change in the name and he failed to pay me.
I requested a warrant for my manager.
Is it possible that he will pay me?
It has already been 4 months since my case.

Yes, during the execution stage, you can request to impose an arrest warrant against your employer to avoid the employer refusing to pay your dues even if the case has been filed 4 months before.
On execution, there won't be any limitation to executing the order issued by a competent authority.
