Traveling to a GCC country while a loan is outstanding in the UAE
Dear sir/madam,
Can I be allowed to leave the UAE if I have unpaid loan debt?
I have an outstanding loan to be paid to my bank (never miss a payment) and I am considering changing my job and moving to Saudi Arabia. I will be paying the outstanding balance from there.
Are there any obstacles to relocating to another GCC country?

Dear questioner,
You will be able to transfer fees electronically from your bank account in Saudi Arabia to your bank account in the UAE, and then continue making payments as usual.
You will need to find out what the international transfer fee will be, which will be dependent on the location and the bank. Once you have a bank account in Saudi Arabia, contact them regarding the fees involved.
Kind Regards,
Dear questioner,
It shouldn't be a problem, as long as you will continue paying on time, but please note that once you are done paying the loan, only you are authorized to request and collect the loan Clearance Certificate from the bank, and to close the bank account if required.
Regards,
