تسديد غرامات تجاوز مدة الإقامة بسبب قضية كاذبة رفعها صاحب العمل
مرحبًا بك،
لدي تصريح عمل ساري المفعول، ولكن ليس لدي تأشيرة إقامة بسبب انتهاء ترخيص شركتي.
هناك غرامة تجاوز مدة الإقامة لمدة 300 يوم. ولذلك قدمت استقالتي دون فترة إشعار. لقد تركت الشركة.
رفع صاحب العمل قضية ضدي بسبب إتلاف أدواته. وجاء الحكم برفض تلك القضية الكاذبة.
الآن أحتاج إلى إلغاء عقد العمل الخاص بي وسداد غرامات التأشيرة.
يرجى تقديم النصيحة.
