Timeline for cancellation of employment visa in case of overstay

Once the fine is paid for overstay, then within 3 to 5 days it will be cancelled.

OVERSTAY FINE: The fine for the first day is approx. AED 125, and then a further AED 25 for each subsequent day. There is also a service fee of AED 100 on exiting the country.

IMMIGRATION BLACKLIST FOR OVERSTAY: Also if you fail to leave after the grace period by another 30 days or more, your name could be added to an immigration blacklist.
