A detained person is allowed to make phone calls to whoever will be able to help him with limitations.

So, speaking to his family and to his lawyer is allowed with the supervision of course. However, his mobile phone must be confiscated.

It has nothing to do with human rights to hold a portable mobile phone especially if he is a suspect of a criminal offence or detained because of a civil conflict.

2) The time frame to close all legal positions may vary depending on the case and the consequences from one case to another. Through my experience, it may be anything between 1 day to 30 days.

3) It depends on the last outcome of the resolution of the legal position, but usually will be allowed to travel.

4) Usually, the baggage will be left at the airport itself.
