Is the employer obliged to pay air ticket charges for employee who changed job?

Good Morning

I have one doubt with regard to payment of air ticket charges. The employee has worked for 3 years and now he has resigned and he is not leaving Dubai.

But he is working for some other company in Dubai.

Do we need to pay flight charges for the employee?

Does any law say that?

An employee has the right to obtain a ticket to return to his country, which is stipulated in the employment contract, upon dismissal or leaving the country, and upon completing the contract on its specified date.
