Can the partner of a deceased person take his assets if they were not married?
Will I ever get it as we were not married and he had no Will in the UAE or the UK?
Will the Sharia law be applied?
If so, I will not get any of it, will I?

If you are not legally married, the transfer would not be possible.
Or else you need a Power of Attorney/NOC from his other legal heir(s) to get the proceeds transferred in your name.
