هل يتعين عليك تعويض صاحب العمل إذا استقلت أثناء فترة الاختبار؟

لقد انضممت إلى شركة وطبعت تأشيرتي بتاريخ 2/3/2022.

الآن حصلت على عرض أفضل من شركة أخرى وطلبت مني الانضمام بحلول 1/4/2022.

هل سيتعين علي أن أدفع لصاحب العمل الحالي أي تعويض حال المغادرة؟
