هل يجب أن أدفع إيجار سنة كاملة إذا كنت في الحجر الصحي في بلدي؟

في مارس 2020، انتهى عقد الإيجار الخاص بي ولكن لم أتمكن من تجديده لأنني كنت عالقًا في الهند أثناء الإغلاق.

عندما عدت في أغسطس، لم أتمكن من دفع الإيجار وتجديد عقدي، لذلك غادرت الشقة في سبتمبر، وبعد ذلك رفعت وكالة التأجير قضية ضدي.

عندما ذهبت إلى تسهيل، قالوا إن علي أن أدفع الإيجار لمدة عام كامل لأنه لا يوجد خيار آخر.
