هل يمكن تطبيق قانون العمل القديم مع صدور قانون العمل الجديد؟

سيدي العزيز / سيدتي العزيزة،

هل يحق لصاحب العمل احتساب مكافأة نهاية الخدمة من خلال تطبيق قانون العمل القديم (باعتبار 7 أيام فقط لإكمال السنة الأولى)؟

لقد استقلت من وظيفتي بعد إكمال سنة و4 أشهر، وأدرك أنه وفقًا لقانون العمل الجديد، يجب صرف أموال نهاية الخدمة 21 يومًا من الراتب الكامل (وليس الأساسي).

كيف يمكنني حماية حقي؟

هل يمكنك تقديم المشورة بشأن هذا الصدد؟

It is an unlimited contract, working as a quantity surveyor in a consultancy company.

I have signed an employment contract in November 2020 and resigned from my job on 11 February 2022.

The old law cannot be applied if a new law is in force.
