كيف يتم التصرف ضد الزوج المسيء واسترجاع جواز السفر منه؟

أختي وزوجها يعيشان في أبوظبي. لقد كان مسيئًا وأخذ كل ذهبها ووثائقها. لديهما طفل وهي حامل أيضًا.
اتصلت بالشرطة التي نقلتها إلى المركز، ثم انتقلت إلى منزل قريبها. قالت الشرطة إنها لا تستطيع المساعدة لأنه لا توجد كدمات وهي قضية امام محكمة الأسرة.
ليس لديها وثيقة لها أو لطفلها. ما هو أفضل مسار للعمل؟

If she doesn't want to go to her husband, she needs to approach the family court and tell them everything and then file for divorce and claim for maintenance of her and her kids from her husband.
If she leaves without filing a case in family court, her husband might put a case on her that she left him and he is entitled to a divorce.
