كيف يتم تسوية القضية المدنية وحكم بطاقة الائتمان والقرض؟

لدي حاليًا قضية مدنية، وصدر حكم غيابي ضدي حيث قضت المحكمة بدفع المبلغ كاملاً.

مع صدور القوانين الجديدة بشأن الشيكات المرتجعة، دفعت الغرامة لهذه القضية ولكن القضية المدنية والحكم قد صدر بالفعل. يبلغ إجمالي مبلغ القرض والبطاقة الائتمانية 324000 درهم إماراتي.

أرغب في معرفة كيف يمكنني إزالة الحكم وإيجاد طريقة للمضي قدمًا في إغلاق القضية المدنية حيث يوجد منع من السفر ولا يمكنني الحصول على عمل.
