How to clear the case from the police system after paying the fine?

My friend has paid the fine of the case in Abu Dhabi but it is not updated in the system. How to update it?

After paying the fine, have you received the clearance (Tanazul) from the complainer?

If you did, then you may collect the available proofs and request the police for the Criminal Clearance Certificate.
