تلقيت عرض عمل من شركة إماراتية وطلبت مني دفع رسوم التأشيرة فهل هذا عملية احتيال؟

First of all, the company shall provide you with an offer letter.

Second of all, a company in the UAE is obliged to pay the visa cost of its employee and nobody will request you to come from abroad and pay for your visa.

Therefore, most probably, this is a fraud.

Dear Questioner,

Request the company to provide you with their Trade Licence copy and all the cost related to your employment - visa, insurance... etc. It is mandatory to be provided by the employer.
