Do you need a license to sell jewelry online in Bahrain?

I am an expatriate here in Bahrain.

I want to do an online business that involves buying small jewelry items from websites like Alibaba and then selling them off online to customers residing outside Bahrain, which means no sale would be made to anyone inside Bahrain.

The only activity that I would be doing inside Bahrain is to ship the items to my customers via DHL... etc.

Is it legal? Do I need a CR for that?
