Dear sir/madam,

Can my company be forced to pay any money to my divorced wife?

She has sent an email asking for an amount to be deducted from my account and sent to her telling me that if I give her money, she will stop sending emails to my HR.

We separated now like 2 years. she asked for talak. I wrote it to her but unfortunately, I didn't receive a legal document

She sold my car and took the title deed of my piece of land and she told me she has someone and now she is asking me for money or else she will create more drama.

Dear questioner,

She cannot send emails to your company asking them to deduct money from your salary unless and until she has a court decision specifying such an amount.

Also, she has no right to hold your title deed unless there is an agreement or a court decision.
