How to claim labor rights and settle a loan after redundancy?
I was asked to leave by a private bank that I was working for by saying that I have provided wrongful educational information.
This happened after 6 years of working for them. I was told that either I resign or they will write in my termination that I produced wrongful educational information/documents.
I chose to resign and my medical card was taken immediately. This was my only source of income and now they want me to arrange for the outstanding loan.
I did not provide any wrongful documents or information. How can I get my loan waived and claim my gratuity and other dues?
Thank you

Dear Questioner,
You can sue for all your labor rights unless you have signed a document indicating that you already received them (including visa cancelation documents).
In court, the bank should provide proof of you providing wrongful information, and the bank should also prove that they followed labor law rules when terminating your services.
For more information please contact us on the phone.

As long as you did not provide the bank with wrongful information or documents, why did you sign the resignation??
You can file a labor case and prepare your defense regarding the bank's allegation.
