كيف تطالب بحقوق العمال وتسوية القرض بعد الإنهاء من العمل؟
لقد طُلب مني المغادرة من قبل أحد البنوك الخاصة التي كنت أعمل بها بالقول إنني قدمت شهادات تعليمية مغلوطة.
حدث هذا بعد 6 سنوات من العمل لديهم. قيل لي إما أنني أستقيل أو أنهم سيكتبون عند إنهاء عملي أنني قدمت معلومات / وثائق تعليمية مغلوطة.
اخترت الاستقالة وسحبت بطاقتي الطبية على الفور. كان هذا هو مصدر رزقي الوحيد والآن يريدون مني تسوية القرض المستحق.
لم أقدم أي مستندات أو معلومات خاطئة. كيف يمكنني طلب التنازل عن قرضي والمطالبة بمكافأتي والمستحقات الأخرى؟

In court, the bank should provide proof of you providing wrongful information, and the bank should also prove that they followed labor law rules when terminating your services.
