هل يمكن أن تكون المشاكل الكبرى المتعلقة بالصحة العقلية بمثابة عذر لشخص متهم بالتشهير؟

In a case of schizophrenia, a person believes that some things are true but they are not and might say something that is considered defamation. What is the rule in this case?

I do not have much info regarding this kind of disease, however, as long as the accused is able to prove the nature of this kind of disease and he has it, I believe the court will not charge him.
