Would the travel ban be lifted once the rental case is settled?

2
Q: Greetings,
I had a rental case in Ajman, which I have settled, and got a clearance letter from Ajman Municipality. There was also a travel ban placed.
So, I would like to ask whether the travel ban is lifted once the case is settled or if I have to separately request the removal of the travel ban.
Thanks!

Can I claim bounced check penalties if the tenant has left the building?

1
Q: Dear Questioner,
I am a landlord. My tenant has vacated the apartment and her rent was paid in full before she vacated.
Since living there for 5 years, she had 4 bounced cheques due to an irregular signature, and not lack of funds.
Can I claim the penalty fees for these 4 bounced cheques even though she no longer lives in the building? If so, how do I recoup the money?
