How can an employee get his dues upon resignation?

1
Q: Hi! Good Day!
I hope everyone is well.
I just want to ask something about my situation here in Bahrain.
I finished my 2 years' contract here last April 15, 2021. The company where I used to work asked me whether I want to renew my contract, I said yes, but I want to take my 2 months vacation. We had an agreement only verbally, no letters or anything, just verbal agreement.
So they renew my visa and I wait for my ticket. But 1 month later, there was no vacation. I waited again, but there is no ticket.
So I decided to resign for the 2nd time. My resignation letter is dated September 15, 2021, in which my last day of work is October 16. I waited for my ticket.
I stopped working now but I'm still here in Bahrain. Also, they made a new contract but I didn't sign it.
Is there anything I can do so I can go back to my country and also get indemnity?

Should my employer provide me with air ticket if I don't leave Bahrain upon resignation?

7
Q: Hi,
I'm working in Bahrain, I already submitted my resignation & was accepted by my employer.
However, my employer declined to provide my one-way ticket to my home country due to the fact that I was locally hired.
Kindly advise if the company is obliged to pay to the employee the cost of the air ticket back to my home country upon my resignation.

What are the legal requirements for a virtual CR to sell skincare products on social media? 0
Hello,
I'm interested in knowing what are the legal requirements for selling homemade natural skincare products online like Instagram, Facebook or Tiktok?
If it is run by one person (Bahraini), is virtual CR required for it?
Also, if I plan to make private label natural skincare products by using my brand name for selling online or in the market later, do I need to register my products for it & from where?
Apart from this, what would be the other legal requirements for it?
I'm also unfamiliar with going about these entire procedures & the costs needed for registeration, etc.
Please advise.
Thank you!

My employer refused to give me my full indemnity for six year of service. What can I do? 0
Hello,
It’s been a month since I left my company in Bahrain. I worked for more than 6 years.
My employer refused to give me my indemnity in full and only gave me a very little amount as advanced.
When I checked with the accountant, he keep telling me that company doesn’t have money.
My ex-colleague who filed a case against him regarding indemnity told me that he got his money after 1 year and 6 months.
I feel frustrated, helpless, and threatened that I will fall into the same scenario.
Could you give me advice, please?

What will happen to me if I travel to Bahrain and I have a pending loan? 0
Respected Sir/Madam,
I was on leave and due to some family issues, I was not able to go back to Bahrain.
I have a loan in Bahrain and half of the amount I have paid by my indemnity and now I have a due amount of approx. BHD 4000.
I would like to know what will be the consequences if I am traveling back to Bahrain.
As I know, the bank has not filed a case till now, so will they stop me at the airport?
If yes, then what can be done to get out of the airport and get into Bahrain?
Please advise. I will be thankful to you.
