What are the labor dues of an employee after resigning from job?

My previous employer told me they will give only my indemnity since my visa is transferred to the new employer. Is it as per the Bahrain Law?

In other words, have you ever worked extra hours?
Do you have unutilized annual leave days?
Have you received payment in full for your salaries?
As for your travel ticket to your place of origin, you are only entitled to the same under the LMRA Law if you do not begin working for another employer.

If your visa has been transferred to another employer, the employer is not required to pay for a return ticket for you to leave Bahrain.
