How to return to the UAE after deportation for similarity in names?
I was living in the UAE for 17 years with my family. I was doing business and very happy until in 2020 I was stopped at Dubai Airport and sent back to my county.
They told me I have a problem with another name. Anyone can help me?
I gave one typing shop who told me he can clear bring me back to Dubai. He took advance AED 27000 and now not responding.
Please help, I want justice.

Apparently, we have to get a copy of your passport to provide you with a written POA to notarize it by the notary public located in your city and then attest it by the UAE embassy.
In regards to the typing center and seizing your money with no legal rights, you have to provide us with a copy of the bank transaction receipt that proves you have sent this money in order to review it and let you know what the legal steps that should be taken are.
