How to find a lawyer to prepare contracts and provide consultancy for a startup?

I am a representative of a Russian company. We recently registered a company in Turkey and started our business related to mobile apps for taxi in Turkey.
We are looking for legal help in preparing labor contracts with our future employees. Also, we have a few questions about labor law issues. Maybe there will also be some other questions as well.

Our services are charged in two types. The choice is yours in this regard. First of all, we can work at an hourly rate.
Our hourly fees are 400 USD per hour for partners (VAT and withholding will be added), 300 USD per hour for lawyers (VAT and withholding will be added), 200 USD for trainee lawyers (VAT and withholding will be added).
We can also determine these services as a fixed monthly fee. We will need to have a good grasp of the details and scope of your business in order to be able to quote on a monthly fixed fee basis.
For this reason, we are not reporting any price for the monthly fixed fee at this time.
We would also like to point out that our services include activities such as financial consultancy, independent auditing, sworn financial consultancy, business and social security audit consultancy.
