هل تظهر القضايا في شهادة بحث الحالة الجنائية بعد إغلاقها؟

مرحبًا سيدتي،

لقد كانت هناك قضية مرفوعة ضدي بسبب شُرب الخمر أثناء قيادة السيارة والاصطدام والهروب، لكنني لم أهرب.

كانت القضية بسبب ذلك. لقد احتجزتني الشرطة لمدة ستة أيام لأغراض التقاضي، لكنني دفعت صباح أمس كافة الغرامات وأفرجوا عني.

القضية انتهت. وفي الوقت الحالي، من أجل العودة إلى العمل، أحتاج إلى خطاب براءة ذمة من الشرطة ولقد طلبت الحصول عليه بالفعل.

أريد أن أعرف ما إذا كانت هذه القضية ستظهر في شهادة بحث الحالة الجنائية الخاصة بي؟

Dear Questioner,

No. it will not be mentioned in the letter. if the case pending PCC will not issued. if case is closed PCC will be issued with no reference previous case details.

Hi Ma"am, related to the same case ,PCC has been issued and it is clean, same i have submitted to my employer and explain the case which was happend on friday (duty off) , but still didnt call for work, waiting ...these kind of cases employer can fired us...

Article 120 states that the employer may terminate the employee without notice period if the employee was punished by a competent court in a crime of honor, honesty or public ethics.
