End of service benefits for employees subscribed in GOSI

Hello Sir,

I would like to know whether employees subscribed in GOSI should be paid end of service benefit?

Please let me know the exact Labor Regulation on that.

I hope you are doing well. With regard to your question, if your company has a retirement, insurance, or a similar scheme you may choose the pension or severance pay or the pension insurance scheme whichever is more advantageous for you.
