Request to cancel visa three years after expiry without any action from employer

Last week I complained to labour against my employer because it's three years since my visa expired and not renewed or cancelled.

Yesterday, labour called my employer and he requested one month to cancel my visa, can I work part time for another company this time?

If I go to work, can the employer file a case against me?
