Consequences of resigning during probation without giving a notice
Hello,
I seek your advice here to understand 3 scenarios as follows :
a) What happens when an employee who is on an unlimited contract resigns during his probation period? In such a case, would he need to serve a notice period to his employer or would it be immediate?
b) In a case as mentioned above, if the employee decides to leave within his probation period, can the employer demand to get back the visa cost from him during his clearance and cancellation?
c) Based on this case, can the employer put a labor ban on the employee due to his sudden departure during probation?
Thank you
