Does the bank have the right to suspend an account subject to inheritance?

Does the bank in the UAE have any right to suspend an account that is just set up with an inheritance just because they don't have the insurance code while attempting a transfer to the US?

Regarding your question, yes, the bank has the full right to suspend the account as long as the required papers are not completed.
